Wuhua Technology park of Kunming High- and New-tech Industrial Development Zone is a dispatched institution of Wuhua District government. It is under two-layer administration of both the administration committee of Kunming High- and New-tech Industrial Development Zone and Wuhua District government. The administration committee of Wuhua Technology committee officially began its operation on the sixth floor of Yanxi Electronic Square on January 14, 2002. At present, the administration committee is doing the preliminary work of setting up internal institutions, and reforming, innovating and improving its functions, operation methods, and personnel management.
