In accordance with WTP's middle-term and long-term development plan, work out and implement WTP's plan for inviting business and attracting funds, as well as its annul work plan.

Create channels to fulfill WTP's work of inviting business and attracting funds.

Study and keep informed about the development of key projects; Assist other departments in providing follow-up services to the projects.

Organize and coordinate industrial distribution of important projects and key projects

Publicize information about undergoing projects, to attract funds for the projects.

Keep good relations with relevant government departments and other organizations seated in WTP, so as to enhance the development of high- and new-tech industries.

Perform other works assigned by the leaders of the committee.
