Wuhua district, Kunming is one of the central districts of Kunming City.    It covers 397.86 square kilometers, has a permanent population of 658,400 thousand.  With its rich cultural heritages left over from its long history, its glorious revolutionary tradition, as well as its advantageous geographical location, Wuhua district is the center of politics, economy, culture and education of Yunnan province, and is kwon as “ the district of Culture”.   

        Wuhua Technology Park of Kunming High-and New-tech Industrial Development Zone is located in the north of Wuhua district. It was set up with the approval of the administration committee of Kunming High- and New-tech Industrial Development Zone.
